Today went to CVS Perkins Place (off 86th near Capitol) for flu and Covid vaccinations and picked some OTC items. Staff were efficient, cordial, moving quickly to take care of people. Pharmacy was very busy so we did wait a few minutes, but the shots were so smooth! No discomfort at all.

They ran out of my medication, didn't tell me until the day I was supposed to pick it up, and now I'm scrambling to figure out what to do without it. The lack of communication and organization is staggering.

Pharmacy doesn't call back, even to the MD office, when leaving messages, they put you on hold without even answering the phone, unhelpful

Pharmacy staff could use training on better customer service skills. Received a new prescription for medication, clerk didn't even ask if I had any questions for the Pharmacist. I felt rushed, as if I was bothering her.

The pharmacy tech (Lady) is so rude,unprofessional and lack customer service skills.... I asked her name, she said Jesus, Jennie ( really?). I spoke to the store manager regarding her disrespectful ways. He advised me to call corporate and speak with Ashley to report the employee, So prehaps she'll get some training on working with customers. Also she made fun and talked to other customers because I couldn't see the computer's writing (I am a senior and didn't have my glasses) My words to her is just keep living.....
