A specialty medication which requires refrigeration was sent via UPS overnight air. It left Las Vegas on 3/19. UPS did not get the medication to my local UPS transfer point on 3/20 as planned. They tried to deliver it on 3/23 and I refused delivery. There is no way I'm going to inject a medication that has been without refrigeration for 4 days. I called CVS to discuss this with them. They told me it was my fault for not accepting the medication to test it's stability. Then, after nearly 40 minutes, they told me I could re-order the medication, but I needed to call back. I did call back and ended up back at square one and was told to call back tomorrow. Unfortunately the same thing happened two months ago. I'm tired of wasting my time on hold with CVS and not getting a simple answer to a simple problem. They are awful to deal with and do not respect their clients.

They keep cancelling my order claiming I dont have a payment on file when I do. I have given it to them both over the phone and on their website. They have called me, and when I answered the lady asked why I was calling. I was answering your call, you tell me. They have horrible communication, I have been asked the same billing question God knows how many times. If you call them, plan on wasting a good 45 minutes to an hour because youre going to be put on hold every minute for no reason. Im glad this isnt a life or death medication because Id be gone.

Worst care I have ever received! No respect or care given to me as a patient in my 10+ phone calls to get my life sustaining medication.

Very unprofessional customer service, Just to verify contact info spent 45 minutes on the phone as the call center employee couldn't understand English. She had to go back and forth to her supervisor and put me on hold for 5 minutes each for 4 times before she could get the information updated.

The absolute worst. They contacted me and told me they were taking over my medication filling because my insurance changed. Except! They never actually figured out to take over my prescription. They blamed the delays on my insurance and care providers. It turns out, I can go to a different pharmacy, offer no insurance info at all and get my medication for $500 less per month. Stay far away from this company.
