We went to this CVS store to buy an electric razor, and the selection was fantastic. The store is in a great and central location with parking right outside. And the street is so cute with lots of other shops like Trader Joe's and Safeway and small restaurants and specialty shops. The staff here is by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable of many other CVS stores we have been to. Clean, friendly, and well stocked. Prices also are very good!

I placed an online order for in-store pickup under the wild assumption that it would save me time. Since this specific CVS was the only location on the planet carrying the item I needed, I endured a grueling, two-hour round-trip on public transit, bravely surviving a sensory assault of questionable bus odors. My reward for this heroic pilgrimage? A spectacularly rude employee who decided my credit card deserved to be charged not once, not twice, but three separate times for a single purchase. While I genuinely like CVS products, their retail locations are operated with the efficiency of a sinking ship. Moving forward, my relationship with CVS will exist strictly in the digital realm—because my wallet and my nostrils cannot take another physical visit.

I’d like to commend the two staff members who were working the evening shift at 8p.m. on Feb. 17 — one male and one female employee. Their service left a very strong impression on me. As an international traveler, they made me feel truly welcomed and at ease. Their warmth and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

The minute clinic is great! The providers there are always nice and efficient. Unfortunately, the pharmacy is quite terrible. They have 3 different lines which makes no sense because you could have been waiting in line first and they can decide to help someone else in a different line. I had to wait 15+ minutes even though my prescription was ready and sitting right infront of me on the counter. Rana, the pharmacist, didn’t know what she was doing. I had to get her attention and let her know I had been waiting forever and that I just wanted to pay for my medication. I would not use this pharmacy again. The person who filled my medication was nice. She had black and burgundy hair.

partner was looking for neosporin with lidocaine, but they were sold out; a staff member directed her to the CVS brand, but told her to ask the pharmacist for more information if she wanted something stronger. partner did as directed, and showed up to the desk to ask; this was on monday, 3/23/26, within the 4pm hour. before my partner could finish asking her question, the male employee there interrupted and informed her the pharmacist was on the phone, and that she should sit down so he could help the person behind her. he made no attempt to either hear or acknowledge her actual question. this behavior came off as rude and dismissive, which was rather disappointing from a location we tend to frequent.
