My experience with the Magnolia CVS has been exceptional. Prescription refills are quick and any glitches with insurance or doctors are worked out quickly by them. Injections are some of the most pain-free I’ve experIenced anywhere. Store staff have been more than helpful. I like this particular CVS so much that I drive to Magnolia from Queen Anne to go there - even tho I have 3 other options close by. Thanks to all the team members there!

i purposely made an appointment on Sunday for a vaccination because I know it will be busy. I had 12:15 appointment and went to the counter at 11:55 am. The guy kept saying I did not have one in the system. I had an email and text confirmation but he kept ignoring me and decided to make a new one by squeezing me in the list of people who had appts also. He told me to sit and wait. After 3 people went ahead of me and the 4th person with 12:45 pm appt went in, I spoke up. The girl who was giving shots tried to help me in the most pathetic way. She knew I was upset but she made me even more upset by asking pathetic unnecessary questions. My weekend was ruined. They blame on the computer glitch in the system but they should respect customer’s time.

24 Feb 25 was the day I went to CVS for a few items. The first irritation was toothbrushes are locked up. I asked for assistance from a woman dressed in a pantsuit on her personal phone she implied it was not her job and went to find someone to assist me. Seriously? Next, with the store filling up one checker, pharmacy techs busy, long lines and a disabled gentleman the only cashier. The woman in front of me in line requested another locked up item again, the pantsuit told the employee to help her "not my job". What I do not understand is the lack of employees in a busy community. With the only drugstore in our small area of the city of Seattle and billions of dollars spent to purchase Bartells you are telling all of us we are not important enough to service in an efficient manner. And the pantsuit can dismiss us because we are not worthy of her assistance because it is not her job. Wow I am not impressed. The one star rating is too high. In response to your request for more information and forms to fill out. No thank you. I believe you have enough information from my comment.

This location has a lot of work taking on customers from a nearby store, and I believe are doing their best. I truly appreciate Riley and his thoughtfulness and kindness when proving above & beyond service

Usually long line for pick up options, wish they could do mail in orders somehow like Kaiser. Pick up needs way more kiosks too if the other kiosks that are usually open actually can’t help. Hit or miss on if you get a friendly associate.
