Do not go to this CVS. I went there to get an ointment for boil and cyst today. The lady told me it was in aisle 17. I went to aisle 17 and roamed around the other surrounding aisles and I could not find it. I pressed the customer help button only for her to get closer to me and yell it’s in aisle 16. Aisle 16 and 17 both have dental and baby care respectively. I left without getting anything. Very terrible customer service.

BOYCOTT CVS I have never had so many problems when I was using rite aid and bartells. They bought out all pharmacies and obviously took on way too much. They fully rely on AI and their system is broken. Every single month I get a run around from these guys. Lost month I was without my meds for over a week. I have to call the front desk to transfer to the pharmacy to even talk to a human. I miss the days CVS didn’t even exist out here

I never left reviews but this is the worst pharmacy you’ll ever encounter in your life. Do not go there if you ever need anything important. There were more than 80% of the time they were unable to give me my prescription which made my condition worse. They ALWAYS find excuses not to do their job, either that they needed extra verification from my doctor (WHEN THEY ALREADY GOT IT) - checked with my doctor after and got told they just needed my insurance (i literally showed them my insurance), another time they said they don’t have anything for me until I asked them to double check. I would get text saying my meds are ready and get there saying that it’ll have to wait for the next time. THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY WASTED IS DIABOLICAL. One time I had to go back and forth for my meds three times in 2 days until they finally get it right. Switched to another pharmacy after encountering their upsetting attitude the 5th times. At first i really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were having a bad day until this happened every single time when they literally know that most people go there were bc they were uncomfortable already. Holding my pain to deal with their attitude is truly a nightmare.

I’ve had to get a ton of vaccines over the last few months for school and coming here is such a pleasure. Odd to say I enjoy coming here to get vaccines but I truly do! The staff are kind, appointments are easy, and I always have a lovely conversation with the pharmacist as they’re vaccinating me.

The worst, my son was having an allergic reaction the pharmacists would not even help/show where to get an expidited prescription just pointed his focus was to stand behind counter sell drugs not help people in need. When found the “Heath Hub” representative she said she had an appointment in a few mins and couldn’t help us. What a joke don’t support a company like this
