Staff seems so much less stressed, especially the ones that have been there since it was a Bartells. It took some time to get used to the new system for me but now it’s great! The App is super easy to navigate and get what I need and staff have been wonderful and seem to have a full team. For context- I’m born and raised in WS and my family has been using this pharmacy for most of my life. I was sad for the excruciatingly slow decline of Bartells and had my moments of doubt about CVS. Give them a chance. It’s better and better all the time as they work out the kinks

This pharmacy is a perfect example of why nepotism is a bad thing. I've been going to this pharmacy for almost 20 years, and over the last few years, as employees left, they all seem to have been replaced by members of the same angry, inept family. Since being taken over by CVS, this has only gotten worse. Now, instead of waiting on hold for 20 or 30 minutes, you now have to leave a call back message and hope they'll call you. Maybe that's better because they don't even pretend to answer the phone any longer? Store frequently also has bare shelves. The parking lot is claustrophobic steep bumper damaging nightmare. Hoping to get all my family's prescriptions transferred across the street to Safeway, which is much better these days. Avoid at all costs.

I have to refill my ADHD meds monthly and I've struggled with multiple pharmacies in the past because there always seems to be SOMETHING wrong (have to be in person to request a refill, unable to fetch the prescription from doctor, etc). I called in here for the first time this past month just to see what would happen, and they called me back within an hour or two and immediately had the prescription ready for pickup. Was amazed at how smooth the whole process was especially as a brand new customer. Glad to have these guys in the area; friendly staff and a great location, right off Admiral way near Met Market.

The automated call system has been so inconvient. It's not helpful when you have an involved question and need to speak with the pharmacist, but end up playing voicemail tag. Nice work CVS!

This was a Bartells and is now a CVS. When we walked in there were 3 employees right in front of us trying to look busy. None of them smiled or said hi. They looked miserable and turned away. We needed a couple of gardening supplies but there's nothing like that now, we needed rubbing alcohol and there was none, we needed stamps and they don't even carry that anymore! We left emptyhanded. The checker needs a chair to sit in she is elderly and totally hunched over! ADA requirements! We won't be back and this place will get replaced with something more helpful to the community.
