Believe it or not, this is a really great local drug store now. Originally it was a Bartell's which was awesome before the takeover, then it went so far downhill, I wouldn't step foot in the place. But props to CVS: they did a major remodel and now the store is clean, bright, well-stocked and the employees are actually friendly. Because the neighborhood isn't great, they have a full time guard at the door. I truly appreciate what CVS has done here.

This location is great. Well stocked . Have great products. Great selection. Great customers service Definitely recommend this location as UPS drop off & a pick up point as well!

I wish that I could give this place negative stars. There is always a creepy person by the front door. Today at 2:00 pm, there is a guy drugged out of his mind less than 10 feet from the front door, practically mooning everyone entering the building. I let the security guard know, and he clearly doesn't care because he completely ignored me. I hate that my insurance insists that I use CVS, and I'm just going to pay a higher amount to go literally anywhere else.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE TRYING TO PICK UP LIFE SAVING MEDICATION AS A HIGH NEEDS, Med masking DISABLED individual. High needs - drive through was only option during autistic shut down. Waited in the drive through for over an hour to only be told “one more minute” by the most high strung pharmacist I’ve ever witnessed in all my years of picking up meds. I clearly explained to them my frustration with already having troubles contacting you guys (multiple attempts at this location) trying to transfer my prescriptions from the CVS on Westlake to the new CVS drive through due to sensory and autistic needs. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROVIDE THE LEVEL OF CARE REQUIRED FOR AUTISTIC AND DISABLED INDIVIDUALS.

Truly the worst pharmacy experiences of my life since this location switched from Bartell’s to CVS. Lines are long due to inadequate staff, they don’t have things ready (even when they told you they would), automated text links and the telephone refill systems don’t work (press zero to leave a voicemail for the pharmacy doesn’t actually let you leave a voicemail - it’s maddening). All types dysfunction that come from a corporate pharmacy monopoly having no incentive to provide good service.
