David answered the phone both times I called about my photo order. The first time I didn't have my order number, so we thought the order didn't go through. I found it and on my second call David found what the issue was. I was about to go fix it on my end when David called back saying he had been able to take care of it and to simply come by to pick up my pictures. I've never had such good service at a CVS, even though the staff is generally quite nice! Hopefully he gets a bonus for mentioning him, he absolutely deserves it!

This is the worst CVS around. The pharmacy team here is completely out of bounds when calling in a prescription to them from a providers office. They are not only rude, they are asking for things that no other CVS requires such as DEA numbers, wet signatures (no "e-scripts") or verbal authorization from anyone other than a doctor or nurse. Get it together CVS, and get rid of your stuck up pharmacists and technicians.

We all had misgivings about a box pharmacy moving in. They respected the neighborhood. Staff are above and beyond. Can you imagine being the sole employee on the floor, especially in the evenings? Kudos to staff!

CVS is my drug store of choice, after receiving poor service, especially in the Pharmacy area of Fred Meyer--Ballard. CVS is Seattle's new Bartells, with a friendly staff, great pharmacy and surprisingly great prices on such things as name brand breakfast cereals.

I’ve never seen this before at any CVS. The manager ( DAVID ) told me they didn’t have the key for the cold and flu medicine shelves and couldn’t help. I offered to wait in case someone else had the key, but he said they had other customers to assist and just left me there — unbelievable.
