This is my favorite CVS location hands down. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive not to mention the cleanliness of store is the best in Houston. Defintely a 5 out 5 for sure. This locations perfume selection is the best 👌. Defintely worth checking out if your looking for quick snacks; cosmetics, frgrances and various other products. Pharmacy folks are just as kind and patient as front area staff! Great job!!

Julie you're such an unbelievable sweetheart - thank you for your incredible helpfulness, kindness and graciousness. I really appreciate you. I like this store, sometimes they're out of products I need for DoorDash but overall pretty good with it compared to most places. I currently use a different CVS pharmacy but I'm switching to this one just because Julie is so awesome!

Horrible experience. I was scheduled for a Covid test and I was about 20 minutes early. There were no cars in the line for a good 10 minutes. The lady, without letting me talk, asked for my name and said I can’t do the test you need to come back in 20 minutes. I understand that but I asked her it wasn’t busy now can we just do it. She said I don’t wanna do it. Turned off her microphone and came back inside to use her phone. She was on her phone the whole 10 mins that I was waiting in there. I asked for the manager and explained I’m a front line worker and that last time I was here it took 2 hrs on the line. I said I couldn’t wait that long coz I need to go to work that’s why I came early. He said move out of the line we’re not doing it. He said his name is Sheldon and he won’t give his staff’s name.

CVS I was attempting to start back shopping there since y'all have chime services . So I had previous incident with CVS many years ago to lead me to boycott CVS. I recently had to send emergency money out via chime which was helpful. So I had a ok experience and I was like maybe I can go back to shopping at CVS again. I was wrong. I walked into the store I said hello to the security guard I walked around the snack area looking for bluebird products and I didn't see it . Y'all had a very good vendor for that product. As you can see it been awhile like I said shopping there I saw hostess honey buns and I was tempted to buy two but it is just way too sweet for me so I just walked around looking at products and pricing and I get ready to leave and the security guard asked me what do I have in my pocket. Smh . I am like what are you talking about. Dude like what do you have in your pocket and I was like you think I took something. So you are saying that I am stealing. I took out stuff from the pocket he pointed to and dude is changing his tune telling me to leave and that he deals with this all the time. I said so what I work retail too but I don't go around accusing people of stealing just because they walk in and walked out. Y'all need to train the security guard especially the one with the star tatts on his face. I was there Thursday July 10 , 2025 around 12:15-12:20 pm window of time I was the guy with the brown cap black T-shirt and army green cargo pants. The security guard never said I am sorry nor apologized . I was shocked because I work up the street at central market and we have crazy problems with theft but I don't go tell people you got stuff in your pockets. Not just that but please review the camera footage of the time period and please get better trained guards.
