This CVS store is well organized all the time and they staff are helpful and no not lazy, they will help you to the best of there ability if you are the person inline they will help each person inorder. If you are in a hurry and can't wait, just go somewhere else. They are not cruel to anyone. And most times they will get you done ASAP. They have helped me many a time. And I will go back Time and Time again. Thank you just a message to those who don't have any patience to wait on your meds.

Nice CVS Pharmacy located at the T - intersection of Washington Ave. and T.C. Jester. The store is clean with good merchandise presentation. Products are front faced on the shelves with few out of stocks. Store associates are friendly and helpful. CVS has a good ad in the Sunday newspaper. If have have a CVS card, they have a coupon kiosk in the store that prints Extra Care coupons.

Loyal member of CVS for years! Made an order online and for some reason one item was set to delivery instead of pickup. I called to see how CVS treats its loyal members and was simply told there is nothing that can be done. I cancelled my membership and will be deleting the app from my phone and never returning to CVS.

Couldn’t get help in the aisles or at the register. Finally had to grab someone. The manager was sitting there chatting on her cell at the front and 2 workers were chatting at the counter not helping so you had to do self checkout.

Hello CVS , I understand technology & moving to a cost effective business but wait hear me out… you have display boxes that an employee still has to go in the back to get (waiting) then you have to check out yourself (employees assist) oh but wait then the door alarm goes off & you got to go back for employees assistance. Ok… can you have just 1 Register open with a human for those of us that are “challenged” and we don’t work here and the employee that does can do her job. Thanks , Tired Hot Customer
