I come here all the time, but today the new register helped me and was extremely nice and even bagged my stuff for me at self check out. It’s hard to find that kind of of service especially in H town. She needs a raise 👏🏼

I was coming through the door a older Hispanic lady with glasses gave a" we don't want you here look". She Didn't say "hello or how are you?" And she walked away with her cart of things she was putting away. I left the store and didn't buy anything, I will never go back. And I am wheelchair bound and also half black. I live in San diego and I have never been treated like that. Train your employee's about racially profiling. It's not a good look CVS , please do better!!

It’s Thursday June 11, 2026 at 3:58am I try to ask a employee about the key because I was trying to get something that was lock and it’s a black male with dreads I didnt get his name but anywho he was so rude complaining about how he was tired and saying wassup what I need that was literally so unprofessional and so rude I didn’t tell him to work here or work the hours that he is working so for him to give me rude energy is unacceptable honestly I been coming to cvs for 3 years and I have never met someone like him before and for you to take out your AirPods just to say wassup with me because YOU TIRED is crazy

Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Short latina audibly sighed when I asked to use the restroom and had a scowl on her face. I was already disappointed I had to use the men’s (women’s was out of order). All asked was if the door needed to be unlocked. Super miserable and unpleasant worker. As someone who has worked in retail for years, I would never react to a customer this way. Store was practically empty by the way.

If I was to rate kristiana on her customer service skills 1 to 10 she definitely definitely gets 💯stars ⭐️ goes above and beyond. What a great person👍
