Employees are very friendly and helpful. The store was super clean and almost fully stocked with everything ones needs. The restrooms are also super clean but you need a key to open them from the front cashier! I went this Sunday morning it wasn't packed with people either. The front cashier helped me get some energy drinks from the back and seemed to love doing there job! Will be returning to this CVS more often from now on. The pharmacy was also on point and helped me with all my medications!

Extremely uncomfortable shopping experience. It’s honestly frustrating trying to shop at this CVS. Almost every time I visit, there’s someone loitering right by the entrance who makes customers feel unsafe — to the point where it’s uncomfortable to even walk in. I’ve been to this location around 20 times, and on two occasions, I actually witnessed robbery happening in real time. I really hope management or corporate addresses the safety issues here, because it’s gotten to the point where I’d rather drive farther to a different CVS just to feel secure shopping.

I walked into the store (7162 on 1/6/26) and I was wearing a black nike skull cap and my bookbag. As I entered, one of the employees issued an alert. I didn't focus on the alert, but then when I obtained the item (ear plugs). The employee approached me and told me "I should have left my bookbag at the door." I told her "I was unfamiliar with this store's bag policy." She then followed me through the store. I was so disgruntled, that I decided to file this complaint. I was racially profiled for being African American and assumed a perpetrator of theft. This was a shameful experience for me. I demand this store be reprimanded for this type of mistreatment. Pursuant to this occurrence, I spoke with the district manager (I didn't get his name and contact information), who then forwarded this information to the store manager Brenda. Upon my conversation with her. I felt even more demoralized, throughout the whole telephone dialogue, she referred to me as "Mam', even after I corrected her several times ( I am a African American male). She also took this incident very lackadaisically. This is alarming for a store that is supposed to serve the community.

This CVS Pharmacy is in a convenient location on the southwest corner of the intersection of Montrose Blvd & Richmond Ave. The store is clean with good merchandise presentation. The store was well staffed when I visited on a Sunday afternoon. Store associates were friendly and helpful. Minute Clinic, a walk in outpatient clinic, is located next to the pharmacy at the back of the store.

Had a really last minute Poster print i needed asap. There were issues with materials but Ricardo really helped a lot with alternatives in a speedy manner even with the store as busy as it was with customers and short staff
