Zero stars – Unprofessional and hostile service I would give zero stars if possible. I received a call at 3:37 p.m. stating my daily medication was ready. I arrived at 6:50 p.m. to pick it up, but the experience was a nightmare. The young woman at the window was dismissive and rude, insisting I had no prescription even after I showed her my call logs. After rolling her eyes and walking away for 10 minutes without a word, she returned and quoted me $56, which is far higher than my usual $0.80 co-pay. When I explained that my insurance had updated for the new year and offered my new card, she made a "nasty face" and walked away again. She returned with a second employee (an older woman with short, curly hair) who was even more aggressive. Despite it being 7:00 p.m. by then, I reminded them I had been there well before closing. The second woman began yelling at me, refusing to process my insurance or provide my medication. When I asked to transfer the script to a 24-hour CVS, she was extremely hostile. I left unsure if the transfer even went through. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never return to this location.

I've had to switch CVS Pharmacy locations for a while, due to poor customer service. This one is the best I have found. They actually answer phones, call you back, have an easy process to get your meds.

Today I had a very disappointing experience at the minute clinic in this location, witnessed by my husband during the entire interaction. The doctor repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to properly explain my symptoms or ask questions. Every time I tried to speak or clarify something, she would talk over me without listening and appeared visibly irritated whenever I asked for clarification. Despite not listening to me, the doctor claimed she already understood the issue based only on notes entered by a nurse after a brief 2-minute interaction and approximately 30 seconds of written notes, even though important information about my symptoms had not been communicated and the nurse did not have access to my historical clinic records. Instead of properly explaining my condition, diagnosis, or treatment plan, the doctor repeatedly pushed me to see a private dermatologist she personally recommended, despite describing the condition herself as minor. I only received a rushed explanation and medication instructions at the very end of the visit, after prioritizing the payment. Concerns regarding my insurance information were also ignored and never clarified. The entire interaction was rushed, dismissive, and clearly unprofessional. As patient, I was clearly unheard and without proper medical guidance. Overall, a terrible patient experience and extremely poor service.

The pharmacy at CVS has always provided me with timely and affordable medication. There was a time when my prescription insurance had expired and the pharmacist provided me a coupon with over $100.00 discount. I really felt respected as a customer and for this reason I will be back.

Negligent, Hostile, and Unsafe This pharmacy is dangerous. Due to the staff's inability to follow their own processing policies, I was denied a necessary prescription despite having doctor approval and up to date prescription refills available. This negligence directly caused a lapse in my medication. When I attempted to resolve the issue or transfer my prescription elsewhere to avoid further problems, the staff became aggressive. The pharmacist refused to assist with the transfer, falsely accusing me of using profanity when I was simply confirming administrative details. It is terrifying that healthcare providers would withhold medical assistance based on incompetence and fabricated accusations. This team lacks basic professionalism and empathy. Do not trust them with your health.
