Went into CVS to pick up an over-the-counter medicine, but could not find it so went to the pharmacy counter to try to ask a pharmacist. When I got there, the manager is yelling at the people in line that they need to check in via the screens in order to get support. She yelled it multiple times. She also yelled for prescription information (name and birthdate on a prescription) and seemed to lie to a customer that they would not have a prescription ready for several days, not looking more closely until the customer stood her ground. The manager also just seemed annoyed in her interactions with customers. I decided to give up on my attempt and go to another pharmacy for my needs. The manager of the pharmacy specifically came across as beyond unprofessional. I will not return to their pharmacy area.

This CVS has some of the best selection of products, is very clean, safe, the only issue is they are understaffed, so if you walk in, give yourself a few extra minutes, and be patient with the staff at the counter. They are doing double work. Other than that, this CVS is pretty awesome. (Try the Siracha popcorn, and chickpeas. I don't think you can get that anywhere else).

These people are either lazy or they're completely incompetent. I wanted to have a prescription transferred to HEB because it was cheaper by a LOT and called HEB to have them do so. When I called back at 7:30 p.m. they said this CVS location had informed them I had zero refills left on that medication, WHICH WAS NOT TRUE! I literally checked before calling to transfer and there were THREE refills left! I then called this location to ask them why they lied to the HEB staff and they had already set their phone to voicemail only even though they don't close until 8:00 p.m. and I called at 7:40. I want to emphasize that this medication is NECESSARY for me to keep breathing, and they lied so they wouldn't have to do their jobs! I could die without this med. They've probably already killed someone with their incompetence and laziness.

I like this CVS Pharmacy y mas located at Harrisburg & Lockwood. The store is very clean with good merchandise presentation and few out of stocks. I see several negative reviews. Usually if you have a problem getting a prescription filled, the problem is with the insurance company not the pharmacy. CVS prices are high; but they have weekly sales with substantial discounts on many items.

I’m a regular to this location because second ward is the food dessert of Houston and I told an employee two different visits and days that there was glass all over the Woodbridge wine bottles and I was just appalled that in three days it wasn’t cleaned up. I feel bad for these employees. They definitely aren’t being supported by good management and I can’t believe cvs is opening another location near by when this one is struggling so much.
