Stopped by CVS Pharmacy and honestly… You’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all. And I don’t mean that in a bad way—I mean it in a: 👉 “I could walk in blindfolded and still find the toothpaste” kind of way. Everything is exactly where you expect it to be: - Snacks? Right there judging your diet 🍫 - Medicine? Ready to remind you you’re not 25 anymore 💊 - Random seasonal aisle? Selling things you didn’t come for but will absolutely consider 🎃🎄 The consistency is impressive. It’s like CVS said: “We’re not here to surprise you… we’re here to reliably exist.” Now pricing? Let’s just say I picked up two items and suddenly felt like I financed a small appliance. I looked at the receipt like: “Did I accidentally buy shares in the company too??” 😭 But hey… it’s convenient. It’s clean. It’s dependable. And when you need something at the exact moment you didn’t plan your life properly? CVS is there like: “I got you… but it’s gonna cost you.” Final verdict: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Will I return? Of course. It’s CVS. Resistance is futile. Missed it by that much 🤏 (because I went in for one thing and left with five)

I have filed a complaint through CVS, but I came in needing medicine and I told the man I was expecting and needed to use the bathroom via Texas law. It is illegal to deny any pregnant woman of bathroom usage. He said I don’t care if you’re pregnant, you’re not allowed to use the bathroom for security reasons keep in mind. I was literally the only person in the store at the time besides one other individual and there are two associates in there. He could’ve easily let me into the bathroom. I asked him again I said you know it’s illegal to refuse a pregnant woman of bathroom usage. He said I frankly don’t care. His name was Jose. This was honestly so frustrating and as I walked out, I peed myself. Do you know how embarrassing that is?! CVS. I am highly disappointed in you and your lack of customer service and care. Given the fact that you are the staple for medical supplies and assistance.

They always “CVS your friendly neighborhood pharmacy “ sadly this what is most definitely Not !! I arrived at 8.02 p.m there where 2 pharmacy attendants and their manager I explained my daughter was in pain and needed her medication !! The 2 attendants were willing to help me bit their manager was quite nasty telling me” we’re closed! Come back tomorrow”

PHARMACY CHECK OUT - the employee working the register was openly rude and dismissive toward me. What made the situation particularly troubling was that she appeared to prioritize and treat certain customers more favorably while ignoring others, including myself. The behavior felt discriminatory and unprofessional, creating a very uncomfortable environment. Customers should be treated with respect and fairness regardless of who they are. No one should feel dismissed or treated differently while simply trying to make a purchase. Unfortunately, that is exactly how I felt during this interaction. This type of conduct is unacceptable for a company that serves such a diverse community. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location or CVS entirely, id rather drive further to Walgreens or COSTCO. I hope CVS takes this matter seriously and addresses the behavior to ensure all customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

11/21/2025: African American lady has a whole line of 8 people waiting. Took sweet time to even help the rest of us. Directly told us; whoever is next. Truly causing disruption. I needed cash back. She sent me to the machine. I used the card less pay. The system didn’t ask me for cash back. I asked her what was going on. She said it’s common sense that one needs a physical card. I used a physical card on my second attempt and also failed. So she started to once again state false attempts to help me and started to argue with me and use profanity while helping another customer. You don’t need a physical card to get cash back. And why are people with zero customer support skills allowed to work alone.
