The pharmacist and pharmacy techs were friendly and were able fill a prescription that wasn't in stock at the CVS pharmacy I normally do business with. The restroom, however, is in a pitiful state of disrepair. Customers can't even close the door all the way, much less lock the door while in use. Can't really blame any of the employees, it's not their fault that, as a Fortune 500 Corporation, CVS won't even bother 🙄 to do simple repairs to the restroom.

I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this CVS, largely due to the behavior of the store manager, Carlos. When we walked in, Carlos was standing halfway outside the entrance, loudly talking to someone about how he now runs the store and that he had moved locations. This was happening directly at the entrance, making it the first thing customers encountered, and it immediately felt unprofessional. Once inside, he continued speaking loudly across the store to other employees in the same overly casual, attention-seeking way. Rather than creating a professional or welcoming environment, it felt disruptive and uncomfortable, especially coming from someone in a management role. When we asked for help after scanning items to check the price, his response was unnecessarily sarcastic and exaggerated: “Oh no, not here — the price checker is over thereee.” It came across as attitude rather than assistance. When we said thank you, he didn’t acknowledge us at all and walked away, resuming his loud conversations. Overall, his behavior felt immature and very high school more focused on being seen as funny or in control than on providing respectful customer service. Managers set the tone for the entire store, and this conduct reflected poorly on the location. To make matters worse, when we exited, there was no acknowledgment whatsoever no goodbye or goodnight despite him being present and actively talking at the door again. This visit was rude, uncomfortable, and unpleasant, and it left a negative impression of the store’s professionalism.

It's not the employees. It's the choices of the store. Feel as if product is declining and prices are increasing. Love CVS when it was nice and quiet and dealt with more basics versus mainstreaming and upping prices. Employees are adequately trained. But the underlying is deeper.

I hate to do this because it is my go-to store, and I live within walking distance. This is the front side and NOT THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT. It was my first time using coupons because I always shop, so I decided that i might as well put it to use. As i finished shopping, I looked at the line, and to the left is check-out and to the right is self-check out. I followed and asked a Hispanic gentleman if i could please check out politely. He informed the next person was next, and i responded politely that i was following the line and actually gave her a sign to go ahead. Well, she insisted that it is okay. The man/cashier didn't have a pleasant attitude. I asked him politely if i could use my coupons since it is my first time. He just quickly asked for my phone number, then i asked again Can I use my coupons, no answer, he took it out of my hand and scanned it with a negative attitude, and crumbled the receipt coupon afterwards. What if i needed to use the other coupons? What if i needed my receipt back? Anyway, i proceeded to say thank you, and he didn't respond. I've been in customer service for 18+ years. I was polite to you; you should act the same way! Be a better human being!

Came to this CVS to do some Sunday morning shopping and walked out very disappointed with the staff and treatment I received at this location. I was waiting to be attended for about 30 minutes for some products I needed from a glass case. After ringing the alarm for some time I decided to go seek help from a staff member and they just blatantly ignored me and walked away. They never came to service me the whole time so I ended up leaving and going to another CVS. Would not recommend this location.
