The CVS ever! Pharmacy staff goes above and beyond. Romy, Paola, Maria, etc and all the pharmacy crew is so diligent and kind. I suffer when they are not there and crew for another CVS comes. I don't like it! so please never change them!!

I bought a Covid test and it did not have all the parts. I went back within 5min of purchase to inform the employees. M said I could not exchange and would have to buy another so I went to the shelf to get another. M the employee grabs it out my hand. This was not okay. Thankfully another employee not on the spectrum like M defused the situation and made it right. However I do not appreciate M stating he will get me banned from my local cvs. He grabbed the test out of my hand. If you had just bought a test and it didn’t have all the parts would you go to shelf and get another too. Yes I shook it to hear if the tubes were in it because they were missing from the one I bought not 5min before. I appreciate cvs hiring those that are unique. It’s important everyone has work- however I feel this employee was a bit aggressive with me. Of course I react when you grab a test out of my hand. This is awkward- I am in this cvs often. Know most the employees in fact I think Abel the manager M threatened to have me banned by would know me - I won’t continue to likely to go here anymore. Such a shame use to feel so warm going in knowing the employees. Gotta avoid this type of drama for my mental health. This left a fowl taste. Things happen COVID test don’t have have all the parts sometimes I was back in 5min. Do the right thing CVS. Please ask M to tone it down. Tammy just signed me up last week for the $10 a month program- such a shame I take the bait be loyal and then M threatens to ban me because he grabs a box out of my hand as I’m walking to register. Please work with M- I don’t feel safe coming back at night when M is most often there. Maybe I’m sick and too sensitive over what happen- but it was upsetting and I want to feel safe when I shop at the pharmacy at night. Day time is probably better.

I’m pretty sure the workers here were high on something because I tried to explain to them state law allows alcohol sales until 1am on Saturday nights (going into Sunday morning), but instead of trying to ring out the case of beer to see that I was right, the guy sat there and argued with me saying it was CVS policy that they only sell alcohol until 1 AM on Fridays, not Saturday… which makes absolutely no sense because that would be against state law???Do better CVS, train your employees.

Young Indian pharmacist, starts with an R, Rajan? I asked him to fix my cvs account, been asking cvs for years, couldn't see my rx history. I was even texting with cvs and they couldn't fix it. Well he got me all caught up on my vaccines (even that had a computer issue he fixed). Later after I went home, he called my back saying he merged my accounts and now I can see it all. Love it. Thanks man. 5 stars.

Work night, so this 24-hour CVS is helpful. Staff is so kind. Not easy for me to figure out how to use my OTC insurance benefit, coupons, in-store sales, with my CVS card. Staff always quick to help. Few nights ago, CVS guy, Mike, used all my cards and discounts to lower my $24 owed to $9! Could never have managed that without Mike's help. This CVS has super helpful people.
