I’m PISSED! I went to purchase bleach dog food and coffee this morning. When I made it to the cash registers i looked around to see if a worker was in sight because bi needed to return a few items I left in my car. There wasn’t one. So I was deciding if I’d go to the car and come back in and wait or just come back later, I look over my left shoulder because I feel someone like right there. Lo and behold it’s an employee finally however as I’m pushing the cart back the the cart rack when I turn around to make my way to the door she’s basically right up on me about a foot away talking about “ I didnt see you scan that bag of dog food” 🤔 For real, you’re about to piss me off with this shit. Here you go as she takes her sweet time to scan the receipt that has exactly 3 items on it as well. She hands me it back with a smirk on her face. I told her you know what if your would have been standing up here at the front doing your job you would have seen I infact did scan and pay. I turned around right before I walked out and saw her laughing talking to someone on her ear plugs aka phone (which is unacceptable if you are on the clock) I asked her what her name was she said DEBORAH. Todays date is November 26,2025 around 6-30 - 6:45. I look young, I’m not.. Most of my life I’ve been a store manger, and how she ran up on me blocking me in and accusing me of stealing is HIGLY unprofessional. This kind of poor staffing is going to ruin your business. She didn’t come to check if I stole a $12 bag of dog food because she’s genuinely thought I stole, she came to try to intimidate me because I look different than her. I did everything in order and treated me as a thief. Retrain your employees, fire them hire new ones with the holidays coming people will be looking for jobs. Stop hiring people that don’t even wanna be there themselves and your business will pick up. Most all the complaints I’ve read have been specifically about the poor customer service experiences. You’ve gotta get the poor customer services people out of there given it’s their WHOLE entire job is to provide GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It seems to the manager my have personal bonds with some of these employees to continue to allow this kind of behavior. I’ll be back up there later today to talk to the store manager about this situation and see for myself given I still need to return items. 🥴

There was an associate that was really rude and so disrespectful. He said his name is "Jesus". He was a hispanic, with black hair, glasses, no name tag and said to "gladly give him a bad review because he doesn't care” “cause no one cares about the customer reviews or the type of service you get". I scanned my coupons at self check out everything going good until the screen froze and I needed assistance. I didn't get to speak that gentleman or anything and He just started laughing and said guess the screen froze and shut everything off with no communication of what was going to happen. He said "well that sucks you have to wait, I’ll turn it back on when I can and then after wait to reboot and then I'll do something about it" I waited 40 minutes total which is ridiculous. Just to hopefully be able to use my coupons. I told him he could've at least communicated it and try to help me out since what I was purchasing was for a father with a sprained ankle/diabetes and was a delicate matter. He said, “lady either wait or leave I don't have time for this” and brushed me off completely. I told him he should be more understanding and respectful because I’m not being rude but said “to hell with that I don’t time for this”. I hope management takes disciplinary action toward this and have him take course or classes on customer service because I just wanted to pay, leave, and take care of my family. The only person that made that possible for me was Ms.Yvonne. So I’m grateful to her for taking care of my transaction as the self checkout was shut down.

I like this CVS Pharmacy located at the intersection of Gessner and the Katy Fwy. It's very clean & well lighted with good merchandise presentation and few out of stocks. The pharmacy counter located at the rear of the store is very spacious. If you encounter a problem getting a prescription filled, the issue is with your insurance company - not the pharmacy.

What a horrible experience at those pharmacy. Long story short the prescription was sent to the wrong CVS, the south gessner one so I called to have it transfered. 6 medications total and confirmed that it would be ready for pick up. Went in and the made a big deal over a prescription that we weren't looking for. Father called me and I could hear them belittle him saying they won't talk to anyone and why are you calling so ask to be put on speaker phone. They finally were quiet enough to hear me out and got resolved but where is the compassion. The worker even said she cant work there so then why work in a profession that requires compassion. Its not like people are lining up because they are happy to take medicine. Do better CVS. You have in the past not sure what has changed.

Clean store. Self‑checkout smooth. No issues. Clearly receipt guidance helps, consistent service, no issues observed.🜁
