There are some really special staff working at this location. I need everybody to think for one second that you have a couple hundred prescriptions awaiting pick up, and then you have hundreds of prescriptions being dispatched to their system, all while you're working with a skeleton crew. It moved so quick today! I don't know if it was the new pharm tech (I have yet to havr ever seen her until today), or the new tech that they installed within the past 30 something days. Then it has a new technology piece that is basically just a big tablet also you can pay there and it will allow you to alert the pharmacies that you are there and it will give you options for vaccines and things like that and you have the entire screen to sign your name versus that itty bitty digital signature line. Either way they helped me out so much today twice. At first I was only going to be able to afford one half of my prescription and then they were changing it and then all the sudden I ended up having enough for my full prescription and the even went back and did it again! Not a sour look on anybody's face, just kindness. It is May 28th and this happened at approximately 3:30 p.m. so whoever was working the desk for checkouts in store at the pharmacy is the person I'm referring to that I've never seen before but just made my experience so much more. And the guy who does the call backs. And by the way I witnessed the time between the doctor sending the script and the text it's ready and then picking it up. Just wait for the text if you're younger if you need a phone call you can get it that way too but this new technology really helps speed things along I think. It may not seem like much of anything but it did everything that required another person to do and while I know everybody's afraid of losing their jobs to the computers that person and pharmacists who helped me today will never be able to be replaced because if they were the store would literally collapse because you need human connection especially when picking up medications. The person I'm talking about also had the best bedside manner I have ever seen and I wasn't even in the hospital. I hope they become a doctor soon. I don't want to get injured but if I do I would hope that they would be my attending physician. Lol.

Lady working the window today at noon was extremely rude, I asked her to repeat herself because she wasn’t speaking into the microphone so I could hear her AT ALL. She proceeded to say “I ALREADY told you” when I never heard her the first time because she WAS NOT speaking into the mic. Miserable lad, find another profession if you can’t even speak into a microphone and then wanna be rude about it.

I’m extremely disappointed. It’s currently 11:48 PM, and I’m standing outside the store only to find the doors already locked—even though store hours say it closes at 12:00 AM. If you’re going to close early, update the hours or put a sign on the door. People rely on accurate store times, especially when it comes to pharmacies and essentials. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.

The pharmacy team gives excellent service everytime! If there's an issue it's resolved quickly! The person at the front register is courteous and working quickly to get people on their way.

Dissatisfied with front service as well as advertisements. As soon as you walk in the store, they advertise the OTC products you can use with your FSA. I go to the back in aisle 11 To look at the products that are covered by FSA. Grab the products because I was told anything that had a blue tag that said FSA eligible on it would be covered. I go to the counter to check out and all of the products that has a blue tag or has FSA marked on the website is not covered. Why would it be advertised if it’s not covered? Then, the cashier gets upset with me because I told them that it was marked FSA eligible. Why would they get mad at me over something you all said? Very displeased with the Service. I do feel that you shouldn’t mark the products as eligible if it’s not. It would prevent chaos at the counter.
