At the pharmacy counter. Today was out of the ordinary. Usually I get greeted with a his can I help you with. Instead I got a hand up 🙋‍♂️ and when I reached the window No hello nothing. I gave him my name and date of birth. No eye contact or even a look from him He just started at his computer like that was his priority. Went to get my prescription and rang it up and handed me my receipt No words were exchanged. Not even a thank you or anything else I can do

Only a bad review for their ai phone system. The staff is amazing here but dealing with ai that can't comprehend basic commands makes a short call take 5x longer.

I'm only giving a one-star because of the unfairness of having four open registers and only one person Manning the station. They should have them all and after 4:00 p.m. when you have a line of at least 8 or 10 people standing in line like it was for me today. It was exactly 7:00 p.m. when I went. And the poor guy that was manning the register was doing his best and I commend him. The store staff should have our registers open when there is a line like that. Shame on management Fast forward 8/15/25: same situation whenever coming to this pharmacy, I went in after work at approximately 415p and there were at least 20 people in line. No exaggeration! I walked right out, I'm not waiting in that line when MGMT doesn't observe and make a decision to open the four available registers and they only have one or two employees!

Nice people. I've never had a problem. It's just difficult when it's busy hours and they only have one person working the counter.

Identity thief is extremely high and having to verbally give my name and date of birth out loud makes me nervous. I prefer to write it or enter the info in a key pad.
