The majority of them are very rude. Marco was helpful but the rest are extremely rude. They messed up on the billing and were trying to charge me $250. The woman in charge of billing just shrugged her shoulders until I repeatedly told her it was incorrect. I was then told to come back in 15 minutes and when I came back they told me they already called my name so I need to get back at the end of the line . I could have left and been sick without the prescription or paid $250 for their error. They need to be held accountable especially when it comes to peoples health.

I use the pharmacy at this CVS often, and I'm always satisfied with their service. The drive-up is very convenient and fast, even when there's a long line. I also get my immunizations here, and it's always easy to get an appointment. I recommend this pharmacy.

The employee in the morning is horrible. With everything being locked up now, she expects dashers to know exactly which item they need before she opens the cabinet. Dashers do not know which one exactly if they can't scan the barcode. Very very rude.

A disrespect of the pharmacist and the emergency of me needing my insulin for my pump was disgraceful and when he told me the more that I’m talking is some more time I’m taking away from him doing his job was a slap in the face CVS on Stockdale Highway in Bakersfield has the rudest pharmacist ever he should not be working there specially to be so insensitive to anyone’s needs when it comes to their insulin. I should not feel that you’re holding the insulin hostage and when it’s my life that’s at stake horrible horrible horrible and ever again I will never do business with them nor anyone in my family and this is not the first

The pharmacy lies about scannabar.Code skip the line.So I was in line, and I downloaded the app and then so I went up to the counter and they sent me back to the line.The end of the line at that. Then, I went to the front to print a document.And I needed help, and they took ten minutes, and helping everybody else but me.
