This pharmacy s ridiculous. Stand in line for 20 minutes then get told they have never filled a certain prescription. When literally they have and you have the bottle to prove it. Then they tell me I need to talk to the doctor and have them call it in. Did that and then received a text saying it’s not eligible because they filled this prescription before and I have to wait for it to be eligible again. WTH?

Had me wait 30 minutes for my prescription just to tell me to wait for a text message and that it won’t be ready for the same night.

There was only one person helping out the long line & she was having issues finding orders. There were several people working doing other things. The pharmacist was on his phone & acted like he could care less about helping people. I’m not sure if they were overwhelmed with Rite Aide closing, but you would think they would plan better.

Although our doctor sends over our prescriptions, the pharmacy staff is unable to locate them approximately 80% of the time, and we are then informed that the request was not received. We've had to contact our doctor’s office on multiple occasions to request that the prescription be resent. Due to this ongoing issue, we have decided to switch to a different pharmacy.

Called in a prescription that had zero refills and needed to be reauthorized, went to the pharmacy 3 days later and no refill, called the doctors office and CVS never called it in. Stand in line 20 minutes and still will need to go back! Consistent long lines and slow service.
