This review is more to educate than to just complain, although you absolutely should not use this pharmacy. This pharmacy flat out lies, they make you believe that THEIR rules are laws regarding certain medications. There is absolutely no law saying insurance must approve any medication. You may legally pay cash for any medication. People seriously need to quit giving their money at all to a place that makes things up for whatever benefit theyre receiving.

This Pharmacy went down the drain. 3 days isn’t enough time for them to fill a prescription. They have long lines cause they’re very slow and keep hitting you with come back in 20 mins. After the second time that happens in one visit I get irritated and they get irritated right back. Super professional! Evidently customer are suppose to expect wait times of 45 minutes plus long lines and that’s acceptable to these guys. I’ll find another pharmacy

CVS at target seem to be well organized and not as busy as compared to stand alone CVS profit centers. Those wait times and lines are crazy.

To the elderly, white haired man, with glasses, who calls himself a pharmacist in the Target store, retirement should be in your near future, Sir! I have never encountered a pharmacist who was rude and unhelpful as you treated me. The fact that your suggestion was to “look at every ingredient on all the boxes” on the OTC cold medicine boxes was out of control. Shame on you! Being allergic to an ingredient, you should be educated enough to recommend an alternative, something! I thank the technician for taking the initiative to help, at least she recognized his ignorance as well.

Andrew Paella, the only Pharmacist you have that goes out of his way to help everyone there. From always filling our rx correctly, to offering flu, shingles, etc. shots to always asking what else he can help with, and with a smile. His service is outstanding, above and beyond 100 %. You need to train more of your pharmacist to treat us all with kindness and respect as he does so well. I am not related to him in any way. However, I have had several bad experiences with some of your fill-in pharmacist that prompts me to write this.
