This is the store I feel so welcoming and one of the store that act like a therapy for me. I am always Glad to shop there for the promotions, good prices, more natural items brands. It causes me excitement every time I need items I can find there. The conveniece of the store flow and hubication is perfect.

I needed to purchase several eye‑care items for my mother‑in‑law that her doctor had recommended. Since this isn’t an area I’m familiar with, I asked for assistance. KC greeted me with a smile and such a kind, pleasant demeanor. She unlocked the case so I could get the eye drops, then took the time to help me find the other two items on the list . What a pleasure to encounter someone so helpful and genuinely customer‑focused. KC made me feel like a valued customer — something that’s becoming rare these days.

Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. I called in about my medication and I was told that it’s going to be ready in 30 mins. So I took off of work and came to pickup the medication and they told me that it’s actually not available and that it’s going to be ready tomorrow. When I asked why didn’t you tell me that over the phone so I wouldn’t have to take off of work and come here, the pharmacist just said “I have no idea” without even looking at me. VERY RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. and this person’s picture is up on the wall as the head pharmacist. I could completely recognize his voice and that he was the person I spoke with over the phone who told me that it’s going to be available in 30 mins. This is very unacceptable. I’m going to move all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. Goodbye CVS!

What has this company, CVS, come to? It must be an indication of how badly sales are going or something. This location on Coffee Rd is nearly unmanned. For the last four or five times that I have been at this location, including today (03/18/2026), there has been only one visible employee. Today it was a young man who had to shuffle in a somewhat panicking style between the photo stations and printers, the cash register, and the self check out station, at which a women seemed to be eternally confused as to how it was to be used. The result was my waiting at the photo station until the line for the cashier subsided. The worker was also un-informed as to what sized photos could be printed at this station. I have often printed “full frame” 8”x12” prints there, and yet, he was somewhat sure that they might not be able to do such photos. There were no visible workers in the aisles available to answer questions - I noticed while taking about ten minutes to choose a birthday card for my friend that had I had a question, it likely wouldn't have been one to be answered there. I don’t know if CVS is on its last legs, like Rite Aid was during two of it’s own bankruptcies, but if it is, it’s very apparent. And if CVS is not in financial stress, but instead, is just trying to cut corners, their staffing availability is shameful.

Their pharmacy staff are outrageously rude. They did everything they could to NOT fill my daughter's prescription. They insisted that because she has Kaiser health insurance, she needs to go to a Kaiser pharmacy. Which would make sense if we weren't there for a dental prescription, with United Concordia... they really went so far as to argue with the dentist when I got them on the phone. I only cashed them because one of them refused me service because I, "didn't believe him." Wouldn't give their name betting his first, "David." It's crazy that these are supposed to be helpful people. Hey, David, that situation wasn't one that "belief" mattered. You're supposed to be professional. You were just looking for a way to NOT do your job. That's not right. Do better
