Unfortunately, CVS has been the primary pharmacy to consistently carry my medication. Every month there is a new issue with picking up and filling my medication. The information I am given is highly inconsistent and changes based on who I am speaking with. Pasha is condescending and impolite. Perhaps if he met customers at the counter to speak with them instead of speaking loudly to them from his tiny turret in the center of the pharmacy, solving issues and clarifying confusion would be easier and more efficient for both parties involved.

I’ve never had a good experience at this location. They can never find my information or medication. They never properly update my information. I came into the store before 8 pm and they refuse to help me even though it was only me and one other person in line. They were rude while telling me they couldn’t help me. I feel like this pharmacy doesn’t care about their customers. I’ve never had such a rude experience with a pharmacy. I will be finding a different pharmacy.

I was super late in transitioning my medication but they accommodated me so quickly. The pharmacist was so respectful and the techs were great too!!

I used to have great service from this pharmacy, but in the last year their service has become problematic. I have prescriptions on refill, every month, reliably without fail. They have somehow failed to order them before their automatic refill date multiple times. These are meds I NEED to live normally. There is no urgency in the team. Now I have new meds I’ve been waiting on for a week, each day they keep saying it will be there tomorrow, no update, no accurate or transparent status. And previously, you couldn’t get through via phone, it would require you to leave a message for someone to maybe call you back in a few hours and they never even listen to the messages… suddenly this week it rings through to the pharmacy, but it keeps you on perpetual hold. Yesterday I was on hold for a total of 54 minutes (two calls) and never got through. Today I sat on hold for 38 minutes with no answer. This is unacceptable. Someone needs to get this Pharmacy's management back in order. I have friends who have all had similar issues lately here. Maybe they have too many customers with Rite Aid closing now… but I’m about to move to another pharmacy. I can’t keep missing my critical meds.
