The pharmacy here is the worst, not only does it take weeks to pick it up. Instead of informing me or asking for my approval on a medication substitute they took it upon themselves to change it. Not only for that refill, but the whole prescription itself. I miss Rite-aid.

Ordered a yard sign was supposed to be ready at 8 came in at 11 to see. No one was in the front the line was backed up. Asked a woman (Christina) for help she didnt even turn around when I asked for help she just started limping to the front. She then said they dont have the materials to make the sign. I asked if they could honor the discounted price at another cvs she called around and ask but all the other machines were down. I asked if I could pick up the material from another cvs to bring to them to make it she said no. I said ok she said sorry and that was the first time she actually turned to look at me. Anyway customer service could be better. The other girl there was nice I didnt get her name.

Benny the pharmacist should not have a job that involves working with the public whatsoever. For the short amount of time I used CVS since RiteAid closed it's been nothing but difficulties. I transferred pharmacies thank goodness and would recommend everyone at this location do the same. I had a phone call where Benny told me since I switched pharmacies he wouldn't fill an active prescription with them and then my doctor reached out and was told it could be ready in 2 hours. I decided to switch the prescription despite this due to how rude Benny was and he's been reported to the California Board of Pharmacy's. On one of my prescriptions he didn't fill it until day 34 on a prescription that was due to be filled every 30 days.

Rumani the pharmacist is so incredibly rude and lacks understanding of patients in pain. The wait times here are ridiculously high and he refuses to get up off his chair and fill prescriptions for patients sitting in the waiting area. My prescription was sent over 2 days ago. Once I called it in Michael was so nasty to me on the phone screaming at me in a very condensing way. I follow the company policy more than the actual pharmacist do. Very disappointed with this service. I even spoke to corporate to make my complaint about the pharmacist poor behavior towards customers.

The most stupidest PHARMACY ever. They never have medicines in stock and dont even bother to tell you that they dont . EXPEDITED medicine dont mean anything to these ppl. They will take their time and will take a day an half before you go in there to check instead of them sending you a message.
