Pharmacist was very unprofessional in helping me transfer my profile from a competing pharmacy. I asked him the they accepted BCBS federal, he stated some plans without further inquiry he stated that Walgreens took my insurance. So I proceeded to leave and he asked if it was federal (which I stated in the beginning) so he said yes we take federal but after his rudeness and nonchalant attitude I said nevermind I'll go to Walgreens since you referred me. I hope this isn't the norm for CVS!

Leslie in the pharmacy drive through was super rude. The CVS app NEVER works so I prepaid for my daughter’s meds on my browser, before even going to the drive through, to generate a code to scan. She asked me for a 5-digit code. I told her it didn’t display one and showed her my screen to confirm. She looked at me as if I were mistaken, then realized there was no code. She was rude from the beginning. She then stopped talking, addressed someone else, and made me wait, with no communication. She finally came back and rudely said, “just put the phone in the thing so I can scan it.” Excuse me?? I said I’d rather not. She said she’d have to pull my profile up, then proceeded to wait on 2 more people in the drive through. She came back again, put the medicine in the drawer, pushed it out, and didn’t say anything at all. I didn’t know if there were issues viewing my payment, if I needed to pay manually, I literally had no info. So I took the medicine and left. I was already having an incredibly sad day so thank you Leslie for being rude for absolutely no reason, on top of that. If you don’t like your line of work, find something to do that doesn’t require direct communication with humans

I had a very frustrating experience at CVS Pharmacy. The employee named Bal was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we came to pick up several prescriptions under different names, she openly mocked us to another customer in the lane next to us. The other customer mentioned he had more than one prescription, and she sarcastically said, “I’m glad you told me the first one,” clearly taking a jab at us. On top of that, the service itself was careless. She asked for my ID and credit card, processed everything, and told me all prescriptions were in the bag, but one of them was never given to me. That’s unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as important as medication. Overall, the behavior was disrespectful and the service was sloppy. This kind of attitude and lack of attention should not be tolerated at a pharmacy.

I wish I could give them a 0. I went in well over 10 mins before pharmacy break and in the midst of helping me. The guy CLAIMED his system locked him out to come back after his break. I felt he could have finished and then took the break. I guest customers don’t matter at their pharmacy. How RUDE!!!

This CVS is really pretty decent. It's nice and clean, what have you. But I always sense that the pharmacy staff is overwhelmed or overworked for the amount of prescriptions they handle each day. They're just a little short-handed back there. That all said they get it done. I can't really complain other than I have had to help them along at times, in deciphering what I'm really supposed to get as opposed to what they mis/understood to give me, if that makes sense.
