I arrived at 10:45 a.m. and stood at the counter while the pharmacist continued a personal phone call. He remained on the call for approximately 5–7 minutes without acknowledging me. When I informed him that I was there to receive three vaccines, he reacted as though I was inconveniencing him, and I even overheard him tell the person on the phone that it was “too many vaccinations.” Once behind the podium, I noticed that supplies were missing. During the vaccination process, my arm began to bleed, and the pharmacist quickly grabbed a cotton ball at random to clean it rather than using proper supplies. This did not feel sanitary or professional. I have been a loyal CVS customer for many years and have always trusted CVS for both prescriptions and vaccinations. However, this was my first visit to this particular location, and unfortunately, the experience left me very disappointed. I believe it is important that this matter be addressed to ensure future patients receive the quality of care and professionalism that CVS is known for.

Amazing service in the pharmacy Olivia, Jonny, Aman, the lady for Asia, Mr Rudy if I forget somebody I am sorry but all are super team! They help me and call me really fast if I need be contact, Super professional and the Store crew with Leslie the manager of front is so helpful and nice, always happy to help 100% or more I can qualify, professional..Love this location.

I stopped by today to get a couple vaccines Roodie (older African American man) was extremely rude and uncooperative denied me and told me my doctor didn’t know what she was talking about when sending me to get my vaccines with them.
