The pharmacy is always been responsive to my request and needs and they call me by name which is good both the staff are very good I'm just call you and then a young lady the pharmacist

The store is okay. The staff is generally nice and helpful. The ambience and environment has been going down the last couple of years though Most times I visit,there's an unhoused person somewhere near the entrance or posted up by the building. Sometimes they panhandle sometimes they don't. My only other complaint is the coupon discount app always seems to have trouble. Another customer in line with me the other day also said that the coupon machine kiosk is often and out of order. I don't know if this is anything that employees themselves can do anything about. In any case, the staff is always courteous and works hard.

Akoaya is an absolute gem at CVS Pharmacy! As new parents navigating life with a newborn while living in Texas, we were blown away by his kindness—he might just be the nicest person we've met in the whole state. He always took the extra time to explain things thoroughly and recommend the best options, often giving us more and better advice than our doctors, truly going above and beyond every visit. Thank you, Akoaya, for making a stressful time so much easier—missing that level of service here in Arizona!

If I could give zero…Absolutely worst experience ever. I waited in line for a while at the pharmacy to purchase an item. When I arrived at the counter the cashier instructed me I had to check out with Target (CVS is the pharmacy inside of Target) There was no attempt to assist me in any way. I made my way to the Target check out. And after waiting again, I was instructed to go to the pharmacy to check out. 😤Although this time the Target cashier took the time to show me that the item could not be purchased at their register. When I made my way back to the pharmacy, I waited in line again. Another customer asked the cashier to help me, as she was in line behind me, (originally) watching the entire scenario unravel. Both cashiers said the other one didn’t know what the other was doing! The pharmacy cashier refused to help me. The Target employee couldn’t help me. Do better!

I always feel like family, not a number, when I go in to pickup my family’s scripts. The attention to detail and the genuine concern from all of the pharmacy staff is so reassuring!
