If I could give zero stars I would. This CVS has been terrible in pretty much every area the past 6 months. Every worker outside of the pharmacy i have experienced in the past 6 months has been rude, one particular instance where my photos were misplaced and the lady helping me was very annoyed to be helping me, pulled up the orders on the screen to try and prove that I did not have photos ordered… until I pointed to my order in the list on the screen, and then was annoyed to have to request the reprint. Today, I had meds sent to the pharmacy because the hours they have had posted said the pharmacy closed at 6. I walked in to see it closed, I asked the lady at the counter what time they close for lunch because usually they reopen at 2, she said they’re closed for the day, it’s new years. I said, oh, well the sign posted says it closes at 6pm. She said no, and then walked out to see it does indeed say they’re open until 6pm. She said, oh, guess that’s wrong, and then went to pull the sign. Just two of many examples of inadequate service and a lack of care.

I want to give the highest praise to the CVS Pharmacy team—especially Mr. Rudy and his shift staff. They are truly the BEST! Mr. Rudy takes the time to know each one of his regular customers, and I have personally witnessed how genuine and caring he is with everyone who walks in. He remembers people, treats them with respect, and makes you feel like a valued family member, not just a customer. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and always goes above and beyond. I honestly cannot say enough great things about him and his pharmacy staff. The store staff are also outstanding! They are friendly, engaging, and always willing to help. Every visit feels welcoming because of the excellent customer service from the entire team. Thank you to Mr. Rudy, the pharmacy crew, and the store staff for consistently providing exceptional service. This CVS location is truly one of the best! NANCY RAJ Your Neighborhood Customer.

Staff are always friendly however the place is understaffed and it causes the customers to get inpatient. I can see where the staff are way over worked. As a national chain there is plenty of room for improvement at this location

I always have issues with prescriptions here. They always claim that my doctor hasn't sent refill approvals when in fact the doctor does. Been a week since I was SUPPOSED to get a refill for my medication and it was supposed to be refilled three hours ago but it still isn't done and they're currently refilling the WRONG medication amount (30 days rather than 90 days). The staff behind the pharmacy counter is extremely unhelpful (if they ever answer their phone- which is never) and always give a "Too bad so sad" type of vibe when I bring up a complaint.

This pharmacy and the pharmacy workers are horrible. Their staff is rude smart Alex and refused to help you if you have any type of issue with your prescription. I was just there and was trying to explain to them about the insurance and the girl working in the window, had this smirk and smart ass look on her face. I would not recommend this location at all!
