I went to get my second shingles vaccine. I had several items I was in need for so I did some shopping. I used the $20 coupon I was given and bought everything I needed. Check-out service was great. Clerk was very kind and friendly.

First time using this pharmacy since moving to the area. There was some initial confusion around my payment processing, but once the right staff stepped in, everything was handled properly. They found a discount and got my prescription filled at a better price. They also helped clarify my prescription details, which I appreciated. Thank you for working as a team to help me.

Simply the worst customer service. It’s 5:30pm and there 12 people in line and only on person helping folks with prescriptions! They move soooooo slow!! They need to hire cashiers from Quik Trip!!!

I love this location. It is always clean and organized. The employees are always friendly and helpful. There are always several people working in the pharmacy. It is just an overall great managed location.

This is by far the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here it’s something. I went through the drive thru and they tell me “you have to come inside because we don’t have that insurance in our system” I say sure no problem. My next visit through the drive thru they tell me the EXACT SAME THING!! So again, I go inside. Their system is obviously resetting. I shouldn’t have to keep updating the SAME insurance every visit. Now, another terrible visit. The automated system calls when my prescriptions are ready. I get to the pharmacy, ITS NOT FREAKING READY!! So I asked “why do you guys keep blowing my phone up if my prescriptions aren’t even ready” and they look at me so dumbfounded. They then tell me to come back at 3pm. I get there at 4pm. She tells me my total without insurance. Im used to paying for my prescription because I know my insurance doesn’t cover it. Well I guess my insurance is covering it now because she tells me it’s free if I use insurance but I’d have to get back in line. I screamed!! Because this is already my second time coming back here and there’s 5/6 cars behind me in each line. Heck no I’m not getting back in line. I’m switching my pharmacy because I literally CANNOT!
