I do not usually leave reviews but my dissatisfaction with the services I received today while shopping here should be voiced. I chose several items and took them to self checkout. I was abruptly stopped by an employee named Kay, who approached me and said I would not be able to complete my purchase. When I politely asked for the clarification regarding the reason, she responded in a discourteous tone, stating, “I don’t care, this is how we do it in this store.” I found this response unprofessional and inappropriate. Shortly after, the self-checkout registers were closed before the posted store closing time. In a smart remark saying “now we are even”, forcing me to go to the register where she was at as a chance to continue arguing with me. I chose to leave the store without my intended items. Not sure if she’s a manger but she doesn’t know how to communicate with customers!!!

I pick up my meds at this CVS, and every single pharmacy employee is absolutely amazing. They found a goodRX coupon that took my $1000 medications down to $36, absolutely amazing of them! But the reason for this review is my experience picking up a photo order today. The cashier, Jim, provided stellar service, going above and beyond in assisting the customer in front of me and pointing out the receipt coupons. He was prompt and insanely kind when assisting me with my photo purchase, and he deserves the absolute world.

Today, I visited the store to buy some Easter chocolates on sale. However, I found a much cheaper option elsewhere and decided to return the chocolates I had bought. Throughout my shopping experience, from entering the store to leaving, I encountered an elderly cashier who was extremely rude and disrespectful. It’s not difficult to be kind and courteous to customers who shop at your store. Its sad to see people who act like this. Unbelievable experience. Thanks!

Usually, I visit the store at least twice every week and usually over the weekends to make little purchases and mostly withdraw money from the ATM and always the staff are courteous. Kat even assisted me in redeeming my coupons recently. Kudos to all.

Today I met an awesome woman .. ms. Melissa I have been searching forever for a specific item , and this awesome woman took her time to help.. we need more people like this in the world. Thank you ma’am you made my day.
