My two stars are for the pharmacy and pharmacy only as they are very nice, quick and professional. My experience last Friday with the actual store is the cherry on top. It’s always hard to find a store agent while in the store and lucky if they have a good attitude that day. Last Friday I asked to be connected to the pharmacy which the front desk told me “oh this is the front” which I replied “ma’am I know I just asked if I can be transferred” instead of telling me they no longer do transfers and I must leave a voicemail she puts me on hold for ten minutes. I hang up and call back twice with no luck of anyone answering. I decided to go to the store and talk with a manger as this is tiring to deal with, the manger response was “well the phones ring low” and “we no longer transfer calls “ so if your employee knew that why was I on hold??? And I brought that to her attention” how about putting me on hold for ten mins as this is a frequent occurrence” she then says “oh sorry” I reply this is sorry cvs while walking away” to which the manager tells me I don’t have to shop there and yells (because I’m quite up the isle and away from her) to me to transfer my RX and go to another cvs .: yelling it across the cvs. Not professionally at all. No management style involved here.

stanley shift supervisor has a nasty attitude, I understand there’s self checkout registers but if I need assistance at a regular register that’s still apart of your job, it’s okay to have a lil customer service skills.

The people working at the pharmacy have always been very helpful and kind! I appreciate all your help. The prices for over the counter meds and the wrist brace i needed are double to triple the price at Walmart. I only go here for my prescriptions due to the high prices of everything else

Awesome location, my wife comes here for the pharmacy. We have went different pharmacy’s and let me tell you that they are a complete disaster, our first time coming to this location and they took good care of my wife. Thanks guys!!
