My son went to the minute clinic and was seen by Nurse practitioner Matt. He is so awesome! He was very informative about my son's health. I really appreciate him. It was a great visit. He told me the price before we started. I felt I got my money worth for sure. Thank you Matt.

Awful wait times, saw them turn away two groups of people that were signed in and waited multiple hours. The charged us more than $80 over what the exact same vaccine cost at another CVS location a few miles away (they were out so we had to come here)

Every time this one pharmacy who is here right now I never get to get my medicine that I really need. He is so Mean, 😮‍💨🤕 i know these cameras are recording him.Disrespect me every time I have an encounter with him I have two video recordings of him.How in my first video, which was a few months ago and drive through, he disrespected me real bad in front of my kids and had me crying. It's 4:10 in the morning. I drove over 30 minutes trying to get my medicine. He told me that it would take him 30 minutes to feel 2 of my medications, and then he tried to charge me $30 and something else. He never runs my medicaid. He always want me to have my medicaid card in hand when I have no problem with anyone else. When I come here, he's always screaming at me, shaking his neck with an attitude. And all this is on video I have not once disrespected him 😫😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I had an awful experience at this store due to the manager, I believe her name was Indigo. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, and her behavior felt discriminatory. I have shopped here before without any issues. However, during this visit there was a promotion displayed on the tags that was not applying at checkout. The cashier called the manager for assistance. When Indigo came over, she whispered to the cashier without acknowledging me or even looking at me. I tried to speak to her politely, but she completely ignored me the entire time. The situation was very uncomfortable—not only for me, but even the cashier appeared afraid to speak to her. This is not acceptable behavior for someone in a management position. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and staff should not feel intimidated. I am very disappointed and hope this issue is taken seriously.

I requested that the pharmacist contact my provider to request fluconazole, as I am prone to yeast infections when taking antibiotics. I was told this request was completed, but after following up, I’ve learned that it was not done. Additionally, the interaction I had was disappointing—the pharmacist stated they were unfamiliar with this type of request, which is concerning, and the communication came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
