The CVS RX doc's are great.... Kind, Courteous, Professional, Understanding, whether In person or over the telephone. Very nice!!!.... But, the pharmacy tech's that ring up your purchases are somewhat rude, short patient, smart answer when you politely asked a question, they call out your birthday "Loud" as if you're hard of hearing. They want you to put your personal information into the IPAD on counter so everyone standing behind you is able to read it. I feel my privacy is "Not" cherished or important........ I don't understand why should a patient who is already sick fumble with a IPAD not feeling well as is have to put in your email, name, phone number, address, birthday, then turn around & have to give the tech the SAME information when your prescription is ready...

Front clerk was very helpful with my requests on certain goods in store. Open 24 hours so I do enjoy the convenience. Store was clean and lit properly.

Dear CVS Customer Relations, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a distressing experience I had at your CVS location at 11223 Granger Rd, Garfield Heights, Ohio 44125 on June 27, 2025. While visiting the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, I grabbed two of my favorite snacks—peanut M&M’s and a Reese’s treat—from the front of the store. While logging my information into the kiosk so pharmacy staff could retrieve my prescription, cashier #2683020 (who does not wear a name tag, making it difficult to properly identify her she always chewing gum and dark skinned) approached me. She did not greet me—something I’ve noticed is a consistent issue during previous unpleasant encounters—and abruptly took the snack I had opened without saying a word, as if to imply I was attempting to take the item without paying. I handed it to her compliantly, but was taken aback by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. Once she returned with my prescription, she scanned the two prescriptions and then my snacks. I politely asked about a $5.00 digital coupon that had not applied to the transaction. Rather than assisting, she responded in a rude and dismissive tone, saying, “It’s not there.” I explained that I could see the coupon clearly on the app and that it didn’t expire until July. I asked if she could troubleshoot by possibly removing the prescriptions from the order to see if the coupon would apply separately. She refused, offering no alternatives or support. At this point, I asked to speak with a manager. To my surprise, the pharmacist, Brett, walked over, cut me off mid-sentence, and essentially dismissed my concerns, telling me there was nothing they could do and that I could go to the front register if I wanted to complete my transaction there. His tone and attitude appeared to side with the cashier’s, and I felt invalidated, disrespected, and humiliated—simply for asking a legitimate question about a coupon CVS had issued to me as a loyal customer. Feeling overwhelmed and noticing a growing line behind me, I reluctantly decided to complete my purchase at the pharmacy and move to the front register to pay for the snacks separately. I left the store frustrated and deeply disappointed. The lack of professionalism and empathy shown by both the cashier and the pharmacist was completely unacceptable. Given the state of the pharmacy industry, where many locations are closing across the country, I would expect better service from those still in operation. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to consider transferring all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, one where I feel respected and valued as a customer. I am asking that this complaint be investigated and addressed appropriately. Customers should not be made to feel small, ignored, or disrespected—especially not in a setting that requires trust and professionalism like a pharmacy.
