The team member was friendly, professional, warm, and courteous. Very helpful in checking me out. Smile on her face. 10+! I will definitely shop there again. Had a nice variety and quality of products available.

Even more of a rip-off than it used to be, the prices were always high but if you knew how to use the extra bucks and other sales, you could get somewhat of a reasonable price, not anymore. What I don't understand here in Northeast Ohio is there's a smaller chain called Drug Mart that has better pricing and stores that are actually adequately staffed. Drug Mart has fewer stores so you know that they're paying more for the merchandise than CVS does yet they charge less. What happened to CVS is a shame. it probably sucks even more for people who work there.

It is awful trying to get a hold of pharmacy on the phone. Automated voice won’t get you to speak to a real person ever then you are made to leave a voice mail that nobody returns. This is Clifton blvd Lakewood cvs. Thumbs down. The only good thing is its hours. Detroit Lakewood cvs is amazing and answers the phone immediately! The only thing is the hours.

First my order was half the number of pills to my surprise and then they were off to lunch. Pharmacy check-in lady makes a joke of insurance pricing with customer instead of trying to explain so customer can understand. I hope she finds someone to take her to Vegas. Then she shares the funniness with others. Not funny. I’m sorry she does not work on a commission. School days have passed. I’ll go to another place. I had no luck contacting your customer service link which doesn’t surprise me.

Hate cvs. Worst store. They intentionally try to spread germs. I have never been to another store where I had to touch more screens just to get my prescription. They want you to get sick
