I walk in this Store at 9:30 PM , The lady clerk is walking all over the store except at the Cashier area where I'm assuming she's supposed to be since it seems like she was the only one there. I don't mind the extremely flat personality, I don't mind the no hello or good night But I do mind the inefficiency and no communication when it comes to the products in this store. I could have probably done more help from the panhandler that was outside the store then from her. This store is in a very high traffic area and makes a lot of money, How is it that in 2025 we are dealing with this in a pharmacy, it takes very little knowledge to provide service in a place like this, This is not a brain surgery clinic

Had appointment set for today and the counter was closed. Well past posted lunch times. No sign, no information, nothing. About 10 people standing there waiting for help.

Located inside of Target. Service has been fine here. Customers can be a bit rude sometimes, but the staff has been fine. Tip- they close for lunch like many other pharmacies do. I think it's 1:30p to 2p, but check for yourself to be sure.
