Despite the sign outside the whole pharmacy closes from 130 to 2 for "lunch." You can see staff walking around back doing stuff that isn't lunch. I was late for work because I had to wait for them to open.

Just had a truly awful experience trying to pick up a script from the pharmacy here. Told the guy at the front that what I needed and he goes to get it, eventually coming back with the literal bottle of my script telling me he can’t give it to me because it’s been 14 days and they have to put it back. I was extremely confused and asked what that meant because I filled the script thirty two days ago and ran out a day or two ago then came in to pick up my refill because when I checked the app this morning it said it was ready. I’m not sure if that means my doctor is sending it in to be filled way too early or what but it’s besides the point because my issue is more with the way I was spoken to when I had questions about this. The guy I was talking to seemed new and didn’t really know how to answer. So instead of someone else coming up to explain it to me four different pharmacy employees all proceeded to yell at me from the back a bunch of different things including that it was lunch and they didn’t have time to fill it. I did not show up at the last minute either. I waited in line for 15-20 minutes before getting to speak to someone. Literally instead of someone coming and answering my questions they were all clearly annoyed and wanted me to just go away. Mind you I’m in my car and can’t hear what’s being said so I at one point said “I’m sorry?” And this prompted them all to jump on me with rude comments and it was honestly just so embarrassing and upsetting. One woman literally rolled her eyes at me. I’m here to pick up mental health meds that I need before I go into work a 10+ hour shift and a team of pharmacy employees is barking at me because I don’t know the rules and their schedule. I don’t work here, all I needed was for someone to explain the situation to me and instead I left in tears. One woman was extremely kind at the end and apologized for their behavior when I said I’m not sure why they’re all being so rude. She was middle aged and had glasses and she was so nice and I was really grateful. Ultimately I just think the staff needs to be reminded that they work with people who are there because they need life saving medications and the very least you could do is treat people with kindness and respect, not dismiss and be rude because you’re lunch break is coming up. I’ve never had an experience like this and it was just so upsetting top to bottom.

I like this CVS. The staff are always so nice and friendly and they don't mind helping you. This store is always clean and well we know the prices of everything is going up and up. So you can get some deals if you use your CVS card. 9 out of 10 for me.

Nice store with very nice people working. I didn't like the store shelves. Seems empty like not stocked very well. I live in a small city and I noticed that store locations in large cities have a weak inventory if in a depressed area of the city.

Pharmacy staff here is always exceptional, but especially tonight. I came 30 min to close (hate to be that person) after getting off a 10 hour shift myself, coming right from urgent care where the provider told me to get my medications tonight. Staff informed me they were closing & kindly asked if I could come back tomorrow. I repeated what the MD told me with some other pertinent detail & the pharmacist agreed to fill my meds tonight. Said they'd be ready in 15 but were even ready much sooner. The entire staff was friendly. Very appreciative!!!
