The store has a consistently long line for the drive-thru pharmacy. It is like this daily. I just got out of line I waited 50 minutes to pick my prescription up. That poor woman at the counter had to be exhausted. When you see more than four cars in line you should put a second person on that window to help out. There's no reason the largest Pharmacy chain in the United States cannot do that. I will be switching my prescriptions to walgreens.

A few months ago I stopped at this location. There was an elderly lady shopping and she really looked like she shouldn't be there alone. I'm waiting to check out and the two cashier's were laughing and talking about this women's body oder. I didn't appreciate that and I'm sure I wasn't the only one who heard them. I don't have a problem with the store itself but the employees. Please do better

I usually have great experiences at this CVS on Lakeshore and East 222nd and have been coming here for years, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I went in to pick up a few things and a prescription, and the pharmacy worker named Tamara was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I’ve never been treated that way before, especially at a place I’ve supported for so long. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude or disrespect. CVS needs to address this kind of behavior because loyal customers shouldn’t be treated like that.

I have observed a recurring pattern of unprofessional conduct among the pharmacy staff, which I believe warrants immediate attention. On a recent occasion, despite having just reviewed the patient's information on screen, a staff member failed to recall the patient's last name, leading to an unnecessary delay. Furthermore, the overall demeanor of the staff consistently lacks basic courtesies such as greetings or expressions of gratitude. As a caregiver whose patients rely on this pharmacy, I am actively seeking alternative providers due to these persistent issues.

CVS has been the best place to shop with lots of deals and coupons that saves my money and purchase is always under the budget
