Very disappointed in the the customer care I received. Both ladies were rude, the customer care person had me standing there while texting on her phone, once she was done she said " You can come up". Never greeting me, never asking if I found everything ok. She never even asked if a had a CVS rewards card, she mumble somethingabout putting my phone number in, just completely rude!! Never saying have a good day nothing! She also had big pink headphones around her neck. The other customer care rep, complained about her last customer not caring that another customer (me) was standing there. Even the security guard was rude, never saying hello when people were coming in the store, matter of fact he was having a personal conversation on his cell phone, it was brief.

I enjoy going to this CVS they are not big but I always fine what I need. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Came at 945pm was turned away because "I have to count my drawer." Open til ten should be open til ten. perhaps change the hours?
