6/12/2026- Floor staff and pharm Techs were professional and courteous. the pharmacist was rude and rushed. she asked me a question but she did not allow me to complete my thought, or offer any additional advice. She just walked away, literally as I was talking to her. Folks getting new meds or confused regarding meds deserve better. So sad that a customer who needs TLC cannot get it from a local drugstore.

Customer service is actually really good. Idk what other people be talking about. They are super nice and actually shoe you where things are. Pharmacy is good too. If you fill your script before the visit lol. Overall great store to go to

so i came in to get a money order on 4/16 about 1130am. realized i didnt get enough out of atm when cashier rang me up. went to atm came back maybe 10 mins later new cashier now.. young african american (just for reference of employees on shift i dont know her name) so i tell her id like 2 money orders as im telling her the amounts she says money order machine is down . im thinking really? i tell her oh i was just here 10 mins ago and the other cashier (possibly mgr) was able to do it. she just blankly looking at me and says ok whats the amounts...? so i just felt like i was lied to my face because she didnt want to do the money orders. soo kinda like the mcdonald ice cream machine always "broken" i guess type scenario. but not only was i decieved but caught her decieving me. also as i was waiting for mgr to bring singles for her drawer she had a rude, type how long you going to be asking me things at to an elder lady asking about her reciept and toothpaste then the ups guy was dropping pkgs off and she was actually rude to him for putting pkgs in wrong area or something. i dont know about this location. the manager tho was very friendly and professional. please dont lie to customers maybe just take the money order machines out if cashiers too lazy to use them. maybe there too far from register i mean it is like 8 feet away and theres also a cupboard door needing to be opened and dont get me started on ripping the m.o. off and having to close the door and walk back..

Visiting from out of state and needed Rx refill. The pharmacy was great. No issues transferring my Rx and it was ready quickly. For pickup I normally use the app barcode, but this pharmacy had a screen to enter my Rx info. Usability was fine. However, the store didn't seem very well-stocked. My usual brands of facial soap and lotion were low or absent, and much of the stock is locked away. I'm seeing this more frequently in CVS.

Whatch for reverse discrimination (unfortunately - and so sad in today’s culture), their products locked up because of the neighborhood, and lack of responsive customer service. I just needed a razor from their theft resistant case thanks to glorious Garfield Heights being what it is, but despite even taking a turn in line couldn’t get assistance in being able to get one to buy without waiting 15 minutes and 3 attempts to get it with assistance. If you’re gonna lock it up, budget personnel to open the cases
