Went here today and they were understaffed and there was a long line. But every single employee was working incredibly hard and efficiently to help people as fast as they could.

This store is always clean and well-stocked. The pharmacy is always busy and has people there to help. Since all the CVSes in my neighborhood were closed, this is the BEST one I have found that is fairly close to me.

CVS in NKC is my first choice! Fast and smooth experience majority of the time. I don’t remember one of the pharmacists names but she is super helpful & informative. Most of the pharmacy techs are. I actually don’t think I’ve had an experience here when one wasn’t willing to ask for help from a higher up if needed. I don’t feel like an inconvenience here. Ps. I know when it comes to the pharmacy- insurance issues arise at times but the pharmacy techs/pharmacist aren’t the issue.

NKC CVS is always clean and tidy. When pharmacy is busy they are always pleasant and helpful. Sometimes we do other shopping. CVS always has great deals. Sometimes we will run other errands, get a carwash or snack and then pickup in the drive through. We do shop CVS at least once per week. Love the clearance as well. Keep up the good work! We will be back. Probably tomorrow.
