The manager Kent has been an absolute Angel to me. I've had some issues with some headphones that I purchased. Every time I return them he's helped me and instead of making me buy new ones he helps me with a new pair. I'm a full-time college student with two part-time jobs and this $25 to $30 that I'm saving on this means the world to me. He didn't have to do this but he did it out of the kindness of his heart!! ❤️ What a great guy oh my gosh we need more people like him on this planet !!God bless you can't thank you so much! CVS is the best man!! 💕

I just left this pharmacy on 39 0 2 main in Kansas City. Missouri Matthew was at the window. Though with a nasty attitude, he was very rude. I asked him a question about the young lady behind him dealing with peoples. Medication scratching her head digging in her nose and handling people medication. He got smart with me and said you should see what they're doing at. You're local pizza shop and thought it was funny. I will be reporting this. I ask him , did she suppose to have gloves on!

Drive through at pharmacy is always closed due to "low staff". When you go inside there are only 2 plastics chairs attached side-by-side. Unacceptable in a population dense high traffic location. The final reward was the person on the register giving heavy attitude while entering my prescriptions from the ER. I'm standing hear in immense pain, wondering if I will ever return to CVS.

Pharmacy staff are great, store staff are okay. 1 star because, no matter the time of day or day of the week I visit, their shelves are always bare- almost never leave with the item(s) I needed. The store at 50th and Main is well stocked and has wonderful staff- that’s my home store now.
