The CVS pharmacy closes hours before the CVS store, even though the pharmacist are still there you will not be able to pick up your meds that are ready. Seems like there should a solution to this problem…I have seen digital lockers. I don’t get sick, or need meds often, I wasn’t feeling sick today it would have been less significant. - disappointing

Have been going there for several months now for my meds, pharmacy staff is very obnoxious and racist acting towards people of color coming in there! Was thinking that they may have been having a bad day but, this is the regular atmosphere! Will be changing pharmacies! No need for management to apologize for them because, I'm told by several other customers that it's how they act on a regular basis when comes to people of color! But, I do understand the social climate that we're in now but, they're supposed to be professionals!

The godforsaken AI answering machine now employed by this and all other CVS Pharmacies is enough reason to drive my car straight into a telephone poll. The inability to speak to a real human to manage my healthcare should not only be considered malpractice but is simply indicative of the spiraling crashout of this doomed nation.

This pharmacy dispensed a medication to me that had been recalled due to containing a carcinogen. When I called to discuss, I was told "well, we don't have any more on the shelf and we didn't know about the recall." WHAT? People rely on their pharmacist to keep them safe. I have transferred all prescriptions and encourage everyone to look out for themselves because they obviously are NOT.

Nate handled my transfer from Walgreens in excellent fashion, responded to my voicemail in less than an hour and overall very professional. They don’t have a drive thru though so be prepared to park and walk- which honestly, we all could use more excercise so not complaints there.
