I just wanted to give a thank you to Pamela for her excellent customer service. She always goes above and beyond to help with any problems that might occur to simple pick up in the drive thru. I appreciate her help, as well as the rest of my family that uses this CVS in Liberty. Kudos to Pamela!! We sure do appreciate you!

I waited in line and been here for 15 years . Never had problems ….until they told me they won’t take my Insurance unless I go inside . That’s bs Are they trying too lose Customers on purpose!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I love this location. They are very professional and helpful. It is a very busy store, so it will take a minute to get your prescription. I choose this location over several that are closer to my home.

The pharmacy personnel are top notch. Our insurance only recently switched to CVS and we had been using a different retail pharmacy. The folks at CVS went above and beyond, with Pamela even calling the other retail pharmacy where our prescriptions had mistakenly been sent by our doctor, transferring them, and having them to CVS within an hour. She did this even though her scheduled shift was ending. Can't say enough great things about these folks!!

Long lines when you go in or go through the pharmacy drive through. Nearly useless AI on the phone to find out info about prescriptions. Not a good pharmacy. Once I was picking up a serious med for someone who was in the car with me having a bad time bc they needed the med and had just been discharged from the hospital. They made me come back and wait for hours. I have almost everything transferred to a local grocery store pharmacy now.
