Bought a scale to weigh an item. Scale was too complex, you have to have your feet on it for it to work, had a 40 page manual and didn’t work for me. Went to return it and see if they had a simple scale for measuring weight. Clerk said they couldn’t take a return because I didn’t but it at that pharmacy. It’s about an hour drive back to the store I bought it at. Bad deal. They said it could be a fraudulent transaction, had my credit card receipt. Brands need to back their products. I will never shop at a CVS again and I do a lot of shopping.

Let me start off by saying I'm not one that generally listens to reviews. But every negative review of this place is spot on. Went in with my wife to pick up a prescription and check the price of one of the prescriptions. When we walked up to the pharmacy, everybody rolled their eyes. We were most certainly an inconvenience to everybody there. After telling him our name at least three times cuz he didn't list them the other three. He finally found it. We asked him what the price was just ignored us. Ended up ringing in all the prescriptions when we wanted to only pick up one. Everything from communication to service at this location is just awful. Definitely won't be back.

DO NOT pick up your prescriptions here. Even if it’s not an emergency, you’ll die before you get them.

Posting this as I’m waiting in line for my prescription because it’s been 30 minutes and the line hasn’t moved. I’ve used a lot of different CVS locations in my life and I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes. I wouldn’t post it unless every other review had said the same thing, because I want to reiterate how slow and bad this location is!

I just want to give a HUGE thank-you to Kash, who works in the Pharmacy at CVS (75th St and Wornall)! I was having trouble with the CVS website (trying to modify a vaccination appointment, and it deleted my appointment), and visited the pharmacy in person to receive assistance. Kash was SO helpful!! She walked me through the process (using her PC), and was able to re-establish the appointment. (YAY!) She changed the phone number for my profile so that (hopefully) I will be better able to use the website in the future. And she was friendly and patient and understanding, and did absolutely everything she could to make the experience pleasant for me. THANK YOU, Kash!! You are a true care provider!! I appreciate you!!
