The problem with this place is the pharmacy. I’ve used this cvs as my pharmacy for YEARS, and have never had issues until recently. Maybe something changed, got new management or something, idk. But the staff have attitudes every single time recently. The last few times I’ve been there, the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They don’t care to help you, they just point at the tablet and tell you to check in. I had an emergency prescription that I got notified was filled, once I got there I waited for quite awhile before they told me they lost my medication. Extremely unhappy with this pharmacy, don’t go there.

You can tell the pharmacy employees don't care about the patients they are serving. They hate their jobs, and it shows. I am consistently having bad experiences the past few weeks. I had one of the drive thru employees make fun of me while I was waiting for my prescription, because I misunderstood her. You don't have to be on the phone, because I can hear through the glass! So unprofessional. Other times I've been made to feel like I have nothing better to do than bother these employees. Don't ask questions, because the pharmacist will literally walk away when someone has a question. They must teach employees that customer service is a huge inconvenience for them.

I have been to many different pharmacies in my lifetime, and this has got to be by far the worst pharmacy on the face of the Earth. It wouldn't be so bad except the girl behind the counter is extremely rude every single time and not knowledgeable at all. She didn't even know what STAT meant. Pathetic. Shouldn't ALL Healthcare workers know what this means? They do not seem properly trained. Also, every time you call to speak to the pharmacy you have to leave a message and they, hopefully, call you back. Adding this: Called my insurance company and CVS charged me $30 for a prescription that should have been $12.00.

Last night was the first time shopping at this CVS in many years. But I wanted to give them another try. There’s a girl that works there her customer service is terrible. You ask her for help and the look she gives u is like u are bothering her. I just left my stuff and went back to my original CVS store where they make u feel appreciated.

Pharmacy tech in the drive through completely rude. Don’t no appreciate getting the phone slammed on me because she asked me my first name 4x before rolling her eyes. And then the little boy in the window continuously laughs. No customer service what so ever
