I've been going to this store for over 20 years to get household essentials with no issue. They now lock up random items like bars of soap and fabric softener, so you have to call over a store attendant to assist you in every aisle. The store is now chronically understaffed and the poor person working the front has to run around and unlock everything for everyone. I had to wait for an attendant to unlock an $8 package of bar soap, and then the attendant had to take it to the front and hold it there because it was a locked item? I get loss prevention, but this is just ridiculous. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Treat your customers and employees better.

I went in to fill a prescription for my chemo nausea (cancer is expensive enough) and the girl that day charged me over 100 dollars for it. When I asked “is that with my insurance” she said yes. I asked about coupons and she said “if you can find one” - I thought it was strange bc she didn’t even ask to see my insurance card. I went in another time for prescriptions of the same and the very KIND guy and another blonde lady informed me this pharmacy wasn’t in network and actually helped me discount the meds. I didn’t realize I was out of network there. I have since changed pharmacies due to this- but please let the original girl know to practice some compassion. I’m 37 years old and newly diagnosed so I am learning about all of this and felt scammed and ignored. THANK YOU to the other two the other day. You helped me a lot.

Pharmacy is a disappointment. Prescriptions are almost never ready, forcing you to wait 20+ minutes, staff seems rude and doesn’t care (scolded one person for being a Spanish speaker, told another to look at the paper for her co-pay because he wouldn’t tell her). I legitimately do not understand why this pharmacy has so many problems. I wasted over 30 minutes of my time today because the prescription wasn’t even written up over 2 hours after it was called in.

The pharmacist told me there were no pharmacies in the entire metro that carried my medication. Would not order it. Would not check with other CVS locations to see if they had it. Literally told me that no one had it and I was out of luck. I went to another pharmacy about a mile away and they filled my prescription that day. This is the last straw in a long, long series of awful experiences at this pharmacy. I will not be using them anymore.
