Absolutely terrible experience. The management is completely disorganized and unprofessional, showing zero concern for customers. There is no real customer service, staff seem uninterested in helping you get your medication and act like they’re only there to collect a paycheck. Avoid this place if you want competent, caring service.

New kiosks in the pharmacy require the customer to enter all their info and turn down a few sales pitches. While you are doing part of their job, the employees tell you it's faster. Employees don't care about the customers, which is probably the reason for the new system.

This store the pharmacy is a complete! The customer service is beyond terrible! The staff is rude unsympathetic they do not acknowledge you! Every time I have to deal with that pharmacy it’s nasty attitude, especially in the afternoon like today 05/213/26 at 6:35 CST! You get better help from Amanda the cashier, which is always nice! Management needs to do a serious overhaul of the staff at that pharmacy!

I have been trying to call the pharmacist for three or four hours today and their system that answers the phone would not send me through my medication is making me sick and my doctor sent me a new medication and now they text me and told me I couldn’t get it because they already filled it. Well this is a different brand a whole different prescription and I can’t get through to the pharmacist so I don’t understand why you can’t get through their voice answering system. It blows my mind, and I left a voice message and they haven’t called me back!!!!

They have a big store and amazing customer service and get my prescriptions filled faster than expected!
