Only CVS Iwill shop at. Pharmacy all workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Store workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you go to counter someone will happily come right away to check you out. This cvs on Prytania and Louisiana is the only one that is completely customer service is number 1 importance. If you are tired of being shoved off on an automatic machine or told after searching for someone to help and then told "I think that is row A? Come to this cvs they still care about their customers and you will actually enjoy shopping again .

The CVS on Louisiana Avenue always responds quickly to filling my prescription requests, and also to answering my voice messages. Everyone is super courteous and efficient as well as friendly. Thank you!

The pharmacy does well with some prescriptions but some they can never get right or on time. I have 2 that I have to go to the hospital pharmacy to get and pay extra just because cvs has proven that they can't handle them. Its pretty bad that I have to go to the hospital and pay extra because they have proven themselves as totally inadequate.

CVS is the go to place for medication in the pharmacy as well as over the counter needs. The pharmacist and staff in the stores are amazing!!! They always care about me and I get all my questions answered

I have been to this CVS pharmacy a few times and they can’t fill prescriptions or sell behind the counter medications such as Advil cold and sinus due to their systems being down. The pharmacist said their systems are from 2014 and are unreliable. CVS corporate really needs to fix this issue. They put their employees in a tough spot of not being able to fulfill customers orders. I’ve seen some pretty unhappy customers waiting for urgent prescriptions simply hoping that the system come up.
